Option 1 - Lunti Turnkey Farm Program
Owner contracts with Lunti to establish a farm. Lunti turns over a developed farm to owner. Owner assumes management. (Minimum P300k budget)
Option 2 - Lunti Farm Management Program
Owner funds farm development, fully managed by Lunti for long term (at least 5 years). Net Profit Sharing is 80-20 in favor of owner. (Minimum P500k budget)
Option 3 - Farm Partnership Program
Lunti partners with other entities to fund farm development. Minimum term is 10 years. Land owner has no cash-out, and gets 25% share in net profit from operations.
