Low maintenance indoor plant
Shiny rubbery leaves.
Medium or partial sunlight only.
Don't put in low light areas, or full sun areas.
Near window, and other indirect sunlight areas / partial shade is good.
From time to time, full sun is also good during a cloudy day.
Water 1-2x a week, not daily. Too much water will cause leaves to brown and fall.
Fertilize when the leaves starts losing luster. (~every 2-3 months)
Slow growing, but this tree can grow up to 60 feet tall in direct soil (Yes, this is a tree!). Keeping them in pots limits growth to a few feet.
